The only thing standing in the way of that is the headaches of travel and the inconvenience of the car rental industry. ‘Booking is Believing’ is a digital platform that disrupted the industry by putting convenience and value in the hands of the consumer. This new philosophy led to a redesign of all of Hertz’s properties, along with the implementation of new technologies and partnerships to create a shift in how to rent a vehicle. The new system focused on an ease of use from single click booking, member benefits, self-operating airport kiosks, and the ability to use a mobile app as digital keys.
